Hello,
I just brewed an amber ale about 4 days ago, which I have fermenting at 70 in a fermentation chamber. The fermentation is beginning to slow, so once done, the recipe says to condition the beer for another 7-10 days before kegging it. For the conditioning, should I just leave it at the same temperature of 70? Also, I am planning to cold crash it maybe for two days at the end of the 7-10 days, what is a good temperature to cold crash?
Thanks
