Was brewing the Haus pale last night and hit all my numbers perfectly. Then threw the container with an ounce of Amarillo and half ounce of simcoe in the kettle when the boil started, Whoops, those were my dry hops for the ipa I was about to transfer. Ounce of cascade at 30, half ounce at 15,then half ounce at flameout and should be the nice makings of a lower alcohol ipa. Maybe an ounce of centennial for dry hopping. Moral of the story, only keep the active brewing hops on the table.
