In regards to what the Sacchromyces strains can handle or the bugs? Or are you just talking about pitching rate? Al says the vials have 3-500 billion cells per vial, usually plenty for any 5 gallon batch.

I would say the sacc. I'm brewing a Belgian dark strong 1.090 og and wanted to pitch ecy20 in to 5 gal and abbey into the other 5
