As pictured. Tried another duo tite. Tried trimming the hose an inch.

Is there an oring/gasket meant for this?
Doesn't leak at manifold.

I'm finger tightening and the giving it another 1/4 turn with a wrench. (Tried a lil more even to no avail)

I'm gonna finish getting everything put together, but need a workaround here

I have a dual body version of that Taprite regulator with similar if not identical brass shut-offs and have had no problem with the Duotight fittings.
It's hard to compare your pic with this one but my fittings seem to be run-up the valve threads further?

(Pay no attention to the Micromatic. It has a 3/8" barb for who knows why, but I got the 5mm ID tubing over it)...

Cheers!

That is way tighter than the YouTube videos I watched but it's not leaking now.
I really had to crank on it and didn't want to just compromise the seal by overtightening or just breaking the fitting.
Thanks either way!

"finger tight" can vary obviously.
I just didn't wanna break it is all.
After cranking it down it's perfect!
I am SO in love with duotite fittings and the Eva barrier hose.
One thing I experienced yesterday was putting them in a sanke D coupler. According to the kegland video if use a duckbill check valve the check valve itself should act as the sealing washer. That didn't work for me under light or very high tightening.
Went back to the standard included rubber washer and that was perfect. Most manifolds have check valves anyways, right?
