Hey all!
As I stare at my first lager (a czech pilsner) sitting in it's dedicated fridge, I can't help but ponder how exactly to dry hop as I have never done it. I'm planning on doing a diacetyl rest after about 10 days then rack it into a corny keg. Here's my plan: I'd like to rack the beer into the keg onto a mesh bag with an ounce of saazer hops that's weighed down with something. My main question is this: Is dry hopping typically done throughout the whole lagering process (for me about 6 weeks), or just during the last couple of weeks? I'd like to serve out of the same keg, so i was thinking I could fish out the bag of hops. Thanks for the help!!
