so i've found a few older threads about the infamous Uinta Dubhe IBIPA, but not many responses to them, so i figured i'd try a new thread...

I brewed this a few weeks ago, tastes/smells great, my problem with this recipe (directly from the mouth of the brewer) is the 3 week dryhop.

Does that not sound crazy? anyone dry hop that long? be it commercial or homebrew, everything i've ever heard/learnt has been to NOT dry hop that long?

Do you think they anticipate it to be dry hopped in a keg where the colder temps/pressure slow down absorption? i dont like dryhopped in keg, so i intend on doing it in my primary while it hangs out in my fermentation chamber.

I really don't want to ruin this beer....

what would you guys do in this situation??
