Does anyone have ACCURATE specs for Crisp Pale Chocolate Malt?

I've searched and searched on this and info seems to be all over the place, I see gravity potentials from 1.028 to 1.035 and SRM from 200 to 400.

I even emailed Crisp directly and was told, "Pale Chocolate Malt is not a product that we hold in stock I’m afraid."???

I'm trying to set this up in Beersmith so if anyone knows the real-deal on this malt I'd appreciate it!

But every harvest will have a slightly different yield and every roast will vary, so you will never have 100% accurate information. Even if get an analysis slip with a sack of grain, it's an average from the harvest.

Cool, thanks for the info. I knew there would be some variation but the info I was finding seemed to be all over the place.
