Hey all,
I'm moving closer to Boston and losing my garage/outdoor brewing space so I am looking to get rid of my custom single burner, uni-strut brew stand. Tought for me to sell it but I just don't have room for it. I used this as a basis for my single-burner 3-vessel 20g propane setup w/ a 20g kettle, 10g HLT, 23g mash tun. If you haven't used uni-strut/super-strut before it is a great material for brew stands. This whole stand is put together without any welding so it is 100% customizeable. This used to be a single vessel BIAB stand w/ a lifting hoist that I rebuilt as I expanded my system. Just the stainless top rails cost about what I am asking. Here is some info on it:
Dimensions: 60" (5ft) long X 16.5" (1.375ft) wide X 30" (2.5ft) tall.
Features:
- KAB4 propane burner
- 6 3/8" Stem Casters for mobility
- Stainless steel top rails (safe for propane unlike galvanized rails)
- Fully customizeable (Easy to adjust to your needs)
- Adjustable pump mount (Pump not included)
- Designed for vertical storage (16.5" x 30" footprint) for small spaces
Asking price: $150, Local pickup (01752)
Over $400 in materials total, the two stainless rails alone would cost ~$150 so I think the price is pretty fair.
Here is a parts list for anyone who might be interested in breaking it down and using the parts for your own use
Uni-Strut sections
- 4 x 16.5" 304 Stainless (top rails)
- 2 x 60" 304 Stainless (top rails)
- 2 x 60" Galvanized/Painted (bottom rails)
- 6 x 16.5" Galvanized/Painted (Bottom rails / burner support rails)
- 6 x 24" Galvanized Painted (Uprights)
Other
- Plywood shelf for HLT/MLT
- Plywood bottom shelf for storage (can be swapped to the top easily)
- 6 x 3/8-16" Stem casters
- KAB4 Propane Burner
