Here's a recipe I brewed last night. I formulated the recipe on a whim without my brewing software handy, but I am trying to approximate something close to a "Heady Topper Light" or a Hill Farmstead Edward (which I have not been able to try). Feedback always appreciated.

6 gallon batch
1.060 OG
1.014 Estimated FG
60 minute boil

93% Golden Promise
3.5% Crystal 10L
3.5% White Wheat

30 min - 1 oz CTZ
5 min - 2 oz Simcoe, 1 oz each of CTZ, Centennial, Amarillo
Hop stand - 2 oz Simcoe, 1 oz each of CTZ, Centennial, Amarillo (180F for 20 min)
Dry hop - 2 oz Simcoe, 1 oz each of CTZ, Centennial, Amarillo (split up into two stages for 4 days each)

Mashed at 153 for 60 minutes. S-05 yeast. I brewed this to put on tap at my parents' over Christmas, so I hope it turns out as special as I expect! I'm trying to capture incredible hop flavor and aroma without much bitterness. This is named after my girlfriend, who I call Diablita, for I am hoping it is sinfully good. Corny, I know :cross:
