So I bought the Cream Stout and Amber Ale kits from Midwest. They came in their separate boxes but I accidently mixed up the grain bags, :( which aren't labeled. All the grains are mixed together and by looking at them one is definitely darker. Can I safely assume that this is the grain bag for the stout?

Sure. Looks like the autumn amber is 9lbs 12oz and the cream stout is 10 pounds 8 oz.

a digital scale is good to have anyway for hops and such as you start to tweak recipes, are relatively inexpensive, and most can weigh 16 lbs or so.
