Tasting Notes
Roasted, slight coffee, with citrus and light floral hop aroma
I've been working on this recipe for some time. After many tests and changes, here is where I am currently at.

I do not believe that this recipe's grain bill is finished yet. There is a level of complexity that I'm just not getting. Perhaps it is time to try some midnight wheat or special roast?

Also note that the last run of this recipe only achieved 51% efficiency. I had just switched from BIAB to the more "traditional" MLT + batch sparge approach. (Although the red ale I did after this hit 62.5%, so things are improving!)
