I've got a Danby mini fridge. Its the DAR483BLS. It just fits two corney kegs and a five pound tank. Its great. Except that the temp control goes from 46 to 36 and it has some pretty wide temp tolerances. Not so great when I want to ferment in it in a corny.
Problem is that it's not using an analog temp controller. It has a long skinny circuit board pad on the top front with a digital number display and simple up down keypad. The thermometer goes up to it and from there it seem to go back to a power source, then I'm guessing down to the cooling unit.
Anyways to make a long story short, this would have been simpler to circumvent if it had been analog. Has anyone else come across this and have any advice?
