Nothing terribly different, except that you use cider instead of water. I make 6 gallon batches, so 5 gal cider, 1 gal (~12 lbs) honey. The OG is usually in the 1.1teens, and I generally take it dry; while I usually backsweeten my ciders, I keep my cysers dry.
