I made this a few months back and it came out extremely well, so I decided to share. Turned out very dry and refreshing. Corriander and orange peel work well with the citrus type hops. Very yummy and potent.
6lb pilsner LME
5lb raw fall wildflower honey (flameout)
1lb caramel 10L steeping grains
1 oz centennial hops for 60 min
1 oz cascade hops for 30 min
1 oz bitter orange peel @ flameout
1 oz crushed corriander @ flameout
Wyeast belgian strong ale yeast (2 qt starter)
OG 1.080
FG 1.004
ABV 9.8%
Primary for 5 weeks @ 65-68F
Secondary for 4 weeks
Keg conditioned @ 40F for 2 weeks
