Hey everyone...I'm taking a stab at my first SMaSH recipe...I'd love any constructive criticism you've got! Here's the recipe:

11 lbs Vienna malt
1oz Amarillo FWH
0.5 oz Amarillo 20-minutes
0.5 oz Amarillo 10-minutes
0.5 oz Amarillo 5-minutes
0.5 oz Amarillo Flameout

Mash at 152
Wyeast 1056
