Coopers Real Ale

First post! New to homebrew. Just started a few months ago and enjoying this new hobby big time! I have been thinking about trying the coopers real ale kit with add pack from AHS and was wondering if yall had the choice of kicking up the flavor a bit. What hops or ingredients would you add to a kit like this? Thanks.

If I could go back and redo my first batch, I would follow the recipie to a T and focus on wort production and fermentation. I was so excited about messing with the recipie I squeezed an entire orange into the boiling wort at one point.... I think I actually still have a bottle in the basement ( 2 years later). It took me a long while to figure out which steps to do at which time because I was always messing with the recipies. Im a hop head myself so to kick up the soopers real ale kit I say add more hops!!! Worst case scenario is it tastes like poo and you have to throw it out. It happens
