Alright you guys choose what I do based on what I have. I realize this isn't ideal stuff but i'm not going out to buy anything else.

I have a coopers stout extract kit. I want to experiment with adding coffee.
here's what I have: Coffee grounds and a peculator, Tassimo coffee maker and espresso capsules.
I have fermenting buckets and carboys and dextrose. all the normal brewing stuff. Iv been brewing extract kits for a while. but i'm going to add coffee this time and will follow the plans you guys come up with as long as it uses what I already have.

IDEAS!

From what I've read elsewhere, and I'm no expert, but I'd be adding some liquid coffe into your fermenter...probably after primary fermentation has finished.

I'd start off with 1-2 cups of black capsule coffee and then taste after a day and adjust.

Just my 2 cents
