Pretty much getting started, on my 1st of 2 Brewers Best kits.

To go to the beginning, I got 4 kits with the Coopers Fermenter. I did the first 3 and they all tasted the same, a very high wine/champagne taste. Not good. Poured them out.

I have a Coopers Lager left. Im assuming something got skunked in shipment, it was hot. Im hoping it was the yeast.

So now the experiment. Im going to brew a Brewers Best American Light, and when its done, Im going to following right up, and do the Coopers Lager right on top of the left over yeast at the bottom.

A tips, hints, or warning, would be cool to hear.

About 3 weeks is when I'll start this.
