I have never tried continuous hopping only adding all of my hops at once during each addition time. Can anyone tell me the advantages, disadvantages of each?

I don't understand. By continuous do you mean adding a pellet or two every couple seconds throughout you 60 min. boil? That just seems tedious.

The results differ based on how much, how often, and when you decide to add your hops. Dogfish Head's the “90 minute” IPA is the first I heard of it. They went on to do a 60, a 75, and a 120. Basically wondered if anyone on here had tried it and could share their results.
