So I am looking to bottle my next batch today. The FG finished out at 1.006, which is lower than the 1.010 target, but I'm okay with that. The main reason for my post is these weird bubbles that look like they contain yeast still...

So should I let it sit in primary? Rack to secondary for a bit? Or go ahead with the plan and bottle?

All help is appreciated!!

Those are anything but weird bubbles, they are spitty co2 bubbles that escaped from the bottem, thats it.Unless its starts forming a flakey film,I would reconsider.Opening it up and leaving it sit longer is not such a great idea. As long as you have the same consecutive readings then you can bottle.Me? I just wait 2-3 weeks then take a gravity reading and bottle.
