Hi all,
Just brewed an American Stout. The recipe called for bittering hops at 60 minutes, and then 1.0 oz of Centennial at 5 minutes. Due to a screwup we continued the boil an extra fifteen minutes.
This effectively makes the Centennial a "20 minute" addition in some respects. How much of a difference is this going to make? Would it make sense to add some dry hops, or does this take it a totally different direction?
Thoughts? Thanks.
FYI... The SG is 1.085 and target was 75 IBU.
