Hi all!

So I want to fine my beer by cold crashing and using Gelatin in my secondary fermentor. After I prime the beer and bottle how do I store the bottles? Can I store them at room temp? or once I've set the beer to a low temperature I can't rise it again? Also if I prime it at a cold temperature I assume more carbon dioxide will be dissolved in the liquid but as temperature rises it will enter the headspace and expose the cap off.

Main question: Can I cold crash, bottle , then store at room temperature.
