Co2 Supplier in Grass Valley, CA Area?

Anyone have a recommendation for swapping/refilling CO2 tanks near Grass Valley or Auburn? Thought I'd ask if there's a preferred source, as co2 suppliers seems to vary in price quite a bit.

Most hydroponics stores swap out 20lb tanks for $20-$30 (atleast in the Bay Area). The place I go to is supplied by Airgas and the valves are shrink wrapped. Decide for yourself if you want to stick to “beverage grade” CO2 and pay a slight premium if you can find it.
