I'd like brew a beer using some of the excess grains I have on hand:
8.5 oz - Flaked Oats
4.5 oz - Crystal 80
7.6 oz Brown Malt
12.6 oz Black Patent
10 .4 oz Briess Blackprinz
8.5 oz Chocolate 350
8.2 oz Munich Malt
4.4 oz Crisp Chocolate 600-700

With all the black patent and chocolate, I'm sure with enough base malt I could do a decent porter. Anyone got a good recipe?

You may not want to use all of your black malt in one batch, If you do, think about adding it late in the mash just to steep. Wait, are you mashing or steeping? And yes, I believe this would make a dank stout

Hell yeah. The classic kitchen sink beer. I've done a few of these. You can get a good oatmeal stout or porter from this. I'd go stout, to use up your roast malts.

1lb oatmeal (buy more to get there...it's cheap, it's oatmeal)
7.6oz Brown malt
All roast except Blackprinz
8-16oz crystal (get more of the 80L)
Munich if you really want to use it, but it's optional

Then get your base malts in order, maybe enough to get 1.060 OG
Enough hops to balance, figure .5-.75 IBU:GU, nothing past 20 minutes left in the boil

Give it a good US or UK yeast and you're good to go.
