I've been trying to add as much flavor and aroma to my apa as of late...focusing on late additions and hopstands.

This is my latest attempt (last night)...can't wait to keg this up

10gal batch
16lb 2row, 4lbs Vienna, 1lb crystal 15.
Mashed at 148f

.5oz each of Citra and mosaic at 15min, 10min, and 5min. 1oz each of Citra and mosaic at flameout and let stand for 10min. Chilled wort to 145f added 3.5oz each of Citra and mosaic and let stand for 1 hour.

Pitched a slurry of us05 from a previous batch.

I will dry hop each carboy with an oz Mosaic and an oz of Citra for 4 days before I crash and keg.

Brewed a Citra/Mosaic pale ale myself just a few months ago. Fairly similar hop schedule too.

I actually just dry hopped in the keg with good results. I've heard people warn about getting vegetable flavors from dry hopping too long, but I had the hops in the keg for about 3 weeks without a problem.
