I'm sitting here sipping my Christmas Ale and I'm just so pumped. Here is the recipe for 10 gallons. I bottled 5g and passed out a bunch of bottles plus kegged 5g and will fill growlers for my friends. This stuff is so tasty.

2 lbs White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 2 9.1 %
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) Grain 3 4.5 %
8.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 4 2.3 %
2 lbs Corn Sugar (Dextrose) (0.0 SRM) Sugar 5 9.1 %
1.50 oz Cascade [7.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 6 16.3 IBUs
1.50 oz Cascade [7.50 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 7 8.1 IBUs
2.00 oz Ginger Root (Boil 10.0 mins) Herb 8 -
3.50 g Cinnamon Stick (Boil 5.0 mins) Spice 9 -
2.00 oz Orange Peel, Sweet (Boil 5.0 mins) Spice 10 -
2.0 pkg Safale American (DCL/Fermentis #US-05) [50.28 ml] Yeast 11 -

Mash at 150. OG 1.058, FG 1.014.
I did have some trouble with a stuck mash on this one, it was so bad I had to dump out my mash tun and clear my manifold then resume the mash. I run a RIMS system so this was only about ten minutes into the mash! Crazy brew day!

Would have been nice if you posted that about a month ago. LOL

Looks good
