So pissed at myself I only did this recently... Buy a tiny thing of mayo... Buy a thing of chipotles in adobo... Add the adobo to the mayo to taste.... Put it in your fridge.

Having it just in the fridge so that you can just add it to any sandwich you're making... I recommend it.

Matter of fact... Anyone who doesn't do it is a jerk. There.

Siracha mayo is also a great combo to add to sandwiches.

Great idea!

Here's my signature mayo hack. Great with tater tots.

To small bottle of mayo add and mix in:
One clove fresh minced garlic (roasted is better)
One tablespoon lemon juice
One teaspoon Dijon mustard
One pinch saffron threads soarked in 1/8 cup boiling water until cool.
One teaspoon kosher salt

Blend and chill.

I've bought it premixed at the store before

I also saw in the store the other night spicy buffalo mayo. I bought it but haven't tasted it yet

Agreed cape that's an amateur move to buy pre made.

Where is your sense of adventure.

Another mayo-hack... mix some old bay and a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce (I like Crystal or Red Devil... mostly because they are freaking cheap) with your mayo. Nice on a crab cake.
