Chillhog 4000 help

The instructions on the Chillhog 4000 are unreadable can anyone help me.
I know where the cold goes in and warm comes out so does it matter where the wort goes in or comes out? Ie.. is it direction specific?

Yes - the wort should flow the opposite way of the water.

This thing worked great, went from 210 degrees to 68 and about a gallon a minute (maybe a little less).
