Hello everyone.

This is my first post aside from trying to win the vendor giveaways.

I have a small a/c unit, cooler, controllers, food grade glycol, and an insulated fermentation chamber.

I am wondering if I should put a section of coiled copper tubing inside my chamber and turn on a circulation pump and fan to regulate the temperature inside the chamber? Or should I wrap the primary with copper tubing and use a thermowell to turn on the circulation pump for each fermenter?

I brew 10g batches, and have 2 primary fermenters that fit inside my chamber.

Wow - nice set up you have at your disposal! I'd definitely put the extra effort into wrapping each fermenter and setting them up to be controlled independently. Remember that the exothermic heating capabilities of your yeast during fermentation can raise the temp of the fermenter(s) by several degrees, and maintaining consistent temperatures of the beer (not the air around it) is key to an ideal fermentation profile.

Cheers!
