Hey everybody! I've been posting on HBT for a few weeks now, but never made a point to introduce myself.
I've been brewing for a little over three years now starting with extract 5 gallon and then going to all-grain.
These days I brew 2.5 gallon batches mashed in a 5 gallon round igloo.
I use propane for heating up large volumes of water, but an 1800W induction burner to keep a boil goin.
Seems to be a pretty good setup for a small little corner of my garage...where my dorm fridge ferm chamber and single tap kegerator reside.
Not much compared to some, but it came together from lots of research and on a pretty tight budget!
Glad to be a part of such a cool community of brewers!
