Anyone interested in checking my recipe? 2.5g batch of Jubelale Clone. Previous clone recipes use whole hops, so I converted to pellet. And other recipes had dry hoping, which I don't have the ability to do at this time.

Curiously, I'm surprised of the low mash water volume.

But, please take a look. Opinions welcome. Thanks.
