Cheapest way to just dispense beer from keg

I have a 5lb CO2 tank but no regulator. I am trying to figure out the cheapest way to dispense the fully carbed beer out of a full keg. I will be selling the kegs after I am done, but I want to be able to dispense the rest of the beer first. Am I going to have to buy a regulator or is there a cheaper way to just put enough gas on the beer to serve it?

A keg charger would be cheaper than a regulator with hose and connector. That with a picnic tap assembly and your pouring.
