Cheap control panel

I'm building this version of Kals electric brewery control panel http://m.instructables.com/id/Electric-Brewery-Control-Panel-on-the-Cheap/

Does anyone have any suggestions that may have built one?

I've ordered everything already except the box and I'm building my own out of aluminum.

I built a fairly cheap kal clone that came in under $300 and thats with the added funtionality or pwm speed controlled DC pumps and flow switch activated rims heat kill switch..and full control for 3 heating elements instead of 2 like kals setup has.... details are in my build thread below.
I dont care for the rex c100 units... I tried them, they lack the manual mode to control and even boil and also only display Celsius.
