I recently acquired a Blichmann 14gal Fermenator conical at a steal and am wanting to use it, the only problem is that I don't have a fridge for a fermentation chamber nor do I have the space for one at this time. What have you that own one of these done to keep your temps under control the easiest?? Or did you just put it in a room with the A/C cranked and pray it stayed cool?
