Information on these listings (Brewmaster, Homebrewer's Outpost) are frequently wrong. If they don't ship 30, complain and I'm sure you will be taken care of.

It's already milled and there is no way to know how long that has been sitting around in an Amazon warehouse. I've had experiences with discounted kits on Amazon that had been sitting around for months, if not years. The end result was not what I would consider good.
