Centrifuge tubes used for yeast bank

I have several 50 ml high-clarity polypropylene centrifuge tubes. Does anyone know of any reason why these should not be used? I was thinking of possible using them as slant tubes. I know they are larger than normal, but other than that, does anyone see an issue with this?

I dont think they can be autoclaved (pressure cooked) for sterilzation. Although some people only boil their slants it is best to pressure cook them.
