God speed, brewing friends!

Go to tastybrew.com and use their priming calculator:)

And to clarify, when using priming calculators the beer temp I'm inputting is the serving temp, correct?

The simple answer is that if it's a standard carbonation beer (APA, IPA, Blonde, Amber, etc) you're going to use 4 to 5oz or 3/4 cup of corn sugar.

However if you're doing a beer, such as a low carb'd milk stout, you may want to carbonate at a lower level so you may intentionally use less corn sugar. Use Beersmith to estimate your desired CO2 volumes based on final fermentation temperature, volume of beer going into bottles, and most importantly the style of beer you're creating!
