I want to build a mobile kegerator and purchased a Williams brewing mini co2 regulator (Below). I had originally only wanted one keg, but am thinking two now. Can I go from the 74 gram CO2 cartridge and mini regulator to a regular 2-way manifold?

The regulator has a 1/8" female NPT and the gas manifold (below) inlet barb is 1/4" NPT x 5/16" barb. I'm assuming if its possible, and safe, I'd need a 1/8" Male NPT x 5/16" barb which is on amazon. From there its just connecting the reg to manifold with gas line, then the valves to kegs like a normal setup.

Even though the reg/manifold barbs are 5/16", is there any concern going from 1/8" inch NPT outlet (Regulator) to 1/4" inlet (Manifold)?
