Hi All,
I've been reading about using gelatin to clear beer in secondary or when racking into a keg, but it requires a cold crash. It takes the yeast out of suspension and any other hop floaties as I understand it, so if you use gelatin, you're going to have to force carb since there isn't any yeast left to eat on priming sugar, is this correct?

from what i have gathered, i think there is enough yeast left to do the job, however i have never been in your situation so i cant say for certain

My beer is always super clear after a month in primary. Without gelatin or irish moss. Are you having major clarity issues?

No, but just looking to make it "all it can be"

I usually ferment for 3 weeks in primary as well, I just wondered what the order of operations for gelatin is.
