So, I'm brewing a Robust Porter for a competition, and as luck have it I have many different things going on right now. Phone calls, flight scheduling and house heater being serviced all while brewing. I'm in the boil process right now and just realized that I added my half campden tablet to the strike water;however I forgot to add it to my fly-sparge water. What's done is done, but should I be worried about any unwanted bitterness?
