Camlock QD Silicone O ring

Hi HBTers,

I just got some camlock type Cs and want to remove the silicone o rings inside to thoroughly wash everything. Only problem I'm having is trying to remove the O rings. My fingers def can't get a way to pull then off and I rather ask here instead of doing something stupid. Thanks in advance.

Well no one replied so I'll assume that means not many people know, well I found a video from Bobby M that explained you can use a metal paint can opener to pry the O rings off. Hope this helps someone out there.

I use a pair of needle nose pliers for flat gaskets or a thin bladed screwdriver to fish out o-rings.

Tweezers would work as well. Just gently squeeze the edge and lift them out.

The paint can remover works wonders, easiest way I have tried.
