So I forgot how long to wait after treating cider with camden before I can pitch? I was able to get to the "Apple Harvest Festival" in Fortuna up near Eureka. I t was great, a lot smaller deal than I thought it would be. However I got 5gal of fresh pressed cider that was filtered but not pasteurized. Which is why I have to use the camden to kill off any wild yeast. And I forgot the instructions that the LHBS gave me. I did remember to do one tab for each gallon.

Thanks all.

12 - 24 hours.
With wine its 12 hours campden 12 hours pectic enzyme and pitch!
Pectic enzyme helps breakdown the pectin which while desirable in jam, is not in wines/cider.
