Cali common grains

I'm making a Cali common. What do you guys think: victory or vienna to go along with the 2 row and crystal 40?

How much of each? Right now I have:

8 lbs 2row
1 lb crystal 40
1 lb either victory or vienna
1 oz chocolate

I like victory malt, but I think a pound is too much.
