Burton Salts?

Good Morning!
I'm doing a strong bitter today and I bought some burton salts when I was at the LHBS. I normally just use RO water and adjust with separate salts, but I saw that sitting there and what the hell...
So my question is... how do I use this? I'm doing a 5g batch...

Had almost the same question. What is the ratio of gypsum to papain. Same issue with the 5.3 buffers. Whats in the mix?
