i do BIAB 10 gallon batches so i'm usually boiling 12-13 gallons of water. I have looked at my brew day and other then getting to mash temp and boiling quicker i don't see me shedding any time off my brew day. which is usually 4-5hrs. i have a cheap Canadian Tire burner (i think it's 42,000BTU) and it usually takes me 60min or so to get 50f water to about 160F. give or take.

So my question is: does anyone boil 12-13 gallons in a much shorter time and what burner do you have?

thanks

up here Hydro is way more then propane is. so electric is not an option for me at home.

I'll see if i can find the SP10 in Canada. Shipping is always a killer
