I have been tweaking a recipe and would like some opinions from the good folks of the forum. I'm shooting for a hoppy American style Brown ale with some fruit or spice. I'd like to try the Falconer's Flight I have laying around but I also have enough Willamette to do the job. Here's the recipe:

10 lb Two Row
2 lb crystal 60
0.5 lb carapils
6 oz chocolate
0.25 lb light DME

0.75 oz Warrior (16.7% aau) @ 50 min
0.5 oz Falconer's Flight (10.3% aau) @ 15 min
0.25 oz Falconer's Flight @ 10 min
0.25 ozFalconer's Flight @ 1 min

Or substitute Falconer's Flight for:
1 oz Willamette (5.5%aau) @ 5 minutes
1 oz Willamette (leaf) dry hop

Wyeast 1056 - 2 quart starter

Estimates:
OG: 1063
FG: 1015
IBU: 41
SRM: 21

I realize ther's too much crystal 60, but my grains came pre-mixed so it's too late to correct that. My solution was to bump up the ibu. Any comments are appreciated.

I would use old willy instead of falconers I think they match the style better

oh. this was posted weeks ago

let us know how it turned out
