My first brew (NB The Innkeeper) has been sitting in primary for about 2.5 weeks, and I plan on bottling it in two days. Last night while I was making up a batch of starsan to sanitize everything so I could check the FG, I broke my hydrometer. (I was being stupid).

I forgot to check the OG after it was cooled, and I haven't taken any gravity readings at all. The krausen has fallen and there hasn't been any airlock activity (poor indicator, I know) since about the fourth day. I really want to go ahead and bottle as this might be the last free time I have for a few weeks. Do you think I'd be safe?
