I brewed with my new 15.5 gallon kettle again today. I got some cinder blocks and block tops to raise it high enough to siphon into my fermenter without having to move the kettle. I also rigged a pulley so I don't have to dead lift a hot, heavy bag of grain. I did another 5 gallon batch today (an American Pale Ale with Citra hops) as a test drive, but I think I'm ready to move to 8 or 9 gallon batches. I might even be able to push it to 10 gallons with a sparge step. Thanks to everyone here for all the tips!
