I am looking to brew an IPA or pale ale using a strand of Kveik (Voss, Hornindal, Hothead) but the only legit recipe I can find is on Brad Smith’s website from Mikkeller. Recipes and ideas you have?
 
Personally I would just use any recipe that you like and switch out the yeast. Do some research to see what flavour profile the yeast give and pick one that suits your taste.
 
Use one of your IPA recipes and compare to what you use to get.
Voss is pretty clean fermented coldish, orangy if fermented very warm
