Does anyone have any suggestions for cool, non-standard brewing uses for an ESP8266 D1 Mini? I have two iSpindels and a ESP8266 BrewPi controller running Fermentrack, so I'm set on what seem to be the standard applications.
I was hoping to use it as a WiFi repeater, so that I could set it on my SS tanks to get a better signal from my iSpindels, but couldn't get the esp_wifi_repeater project to work. I posted in the "issues" on GitHub for that project, so it may still work out.
But in the mean time, these little chips are super cool, so I'd take any other suggestions on how to put them to good use!
